Dr. Dayna Baxter is originally from Boston, MA but made the long journey to TX in 2003 in order to attend one of the nation’s top 5 vet schools, Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her training in 2009 with high honors and has called Houston home ever since. Dr. Baxter worked in general and emergency practice from 2009-2013 before developing Pet Passports, a subsidiary of her general practice Hampshire Veterinary Services. Dr. Baxter’s special interests include clinical and anatomic pathology, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, diagnostic imaging, and logistics.
Ouside of work, she spends time with her family including her husband, 3 children, 3 dogs, 2 rabbits and 17 hens. She enjoys training bird dogs, fishing, traveling, creating bone art, and volunteering in the community.
